I agree with Seth (no surprises there…)
This has been sitting in my in-box for a couple of months. We’ve been a bit tied up with filling in RFPs and ITTsĀ this year.
So this post seems all the more poignant. It’s certainly how we believe that smart businesses do business.
Get the relationshiop and the work right - then noone should be that bothered aboutĀ a “cheaper option”
